Notification: Recruitment of Mediators

In accordance with the provisions and guidelines issued by the Hon’ble High Court and Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC), applications are hereby invited from eligible and interested candidates for appointment as Mediators in the Mediation Center, District Court, Basti.
Eligibility Criteria:

For Advocates:

Must have at least 10 years of standing practice at the Bar.

Should possess a clean professional record and good reputation for integrity.

Must not have any criminal or disciplinary proceedings pending.

For Retired Judicial Officers / Other Eligible Persons (if applicable):

Must fulfill the eligibility criteria as per MCPC guidelines and directives of Hon’ble High Court.
